Why is Biden in Puerto Rico before he has visited Florida?

Biden Speech
He’s giving a speech as we speak touting how good his response has been. He may as well name Trump because he’s trying to one up him. Probably the only thing he can claim, anyway I digress.
Look I’m all for giving them FEMA assistance, I know they are US citizens, but a major population area, in a major state of the Republic just got decimated by a Cat 5 hurricane.
Maybe you should go there first. It’s closer and even on the way to Puerto Rico from DC. He even has his wife sitting behind him clapping. Like who told them this was a good idea?!

Exactly. It’s a major state. You go Wednesday then PR after. You don’t go do a photo op at a territory.

Puerto Rico doesn't have any electoral votes. He's going for a photo op with brown people so he looks better.
