why hasn't someone brought a lawsuit to make HCQ available based on the "Right to Try" law

and why does Trump not issue an Executive Order to make it available to anyone who wants it?
make it clear, it IS NOT a cure, but when takeb with zinc and a z-pac; it helps MST people if given early enough
AND it is a great tool to give people like front line health workers and teachers
why in the hell is there not a stronger push for this?

Because it’s a prescription drug. If people want to try it then I’m all for it, but people shouldn’t be able to buy prescription antibiotics OTC without a prescription. Huge slippery slope if you allow that, and a dangerous one at that

It's an antibiotic?
Why not have it behind the counter and make people give a name/address for it like with Sudafed?

It is an antiviral. zpack is antibiodic and zinc is something that helps the immune system.

Yes, I thought so. Replied to a poster that said antibiotics should'nt be OTC.

correct
HCQ help push the zinc where it needs to go to be most effective & the z-pac beats down other issues that the body's immune system regularly fights
ANYONE that wants it should have access

Antibiotics should not be otc. You retards would have bacteria resistant to everything in a few years.

Scuse me? I'm not advocating ANY antibiotic be OTC. HCQ isn't an antibiotic.
So gfy.

Nobody is asking for over the counter; lift the bullshite restrictions and stop allowing fricking pharmacists with 3 weeks of traing to overrule phd physicians

If anyone is interested I started a thread on why HCQ works and the science behind it. I tried to make it as simple as possible. I made assertions in that thread with backup sourcing if you are inclined to dig deeper.

For what it's worth, most pharmacists have doctorates and 4 year educations.
Most physicians have an MD. Many have a DO. Very few that practice clinical medicine have PhD.
And many of those physicians that I know have seen enough patients get worse on the cocktail that is so widely pushed that they doubt it's effectiveness. I haven't had a single pharmacist refuse to prescribe it. If I did, I would send it to another pharmacy. It would be a 30 minute delay in care on a bad day.
