Biden is a public figure making libel/ slander difficult to prove.

The question isn't why hasn't Biden taken legal action against Tucker. Tucker is a media talk show host.
The real question is why hasn't Biden taken legal action against Belinsky if it isn't true. Or at least make a public statement calling him a liar. He has been unusually quite about it.

Bingo, they want nothing to do with that computer and a court room. Discovery would probably lead to alot more than just the Bidens. That could be the proverbial Pandoras Box! And it would be Glorious!
