Why does he put up with the abuse and harassment from our government and media?

He is 76 years old.
He has a finite number of years left on this earth.

If I was him I would sell all my properties in this country and leave.

He should move to Scotland and live out his years playing golf and playing with Melania.

He doesn’t look tooo bothered these days to me. Actually seems very confident and assertive. Lastly, it is quite apparent that it’s the govt and media who appear harassed and abused in all this, just at the mere thought of Donald Trump.

Despite what the media and the left continually spout that he is only concerned about himself, he does nothing but keep
us in the fight to save the nation from being overrun by perverted disgruntled Marxist ideologists.

Happy Independence Day

go watch some of his interviews from the 80s and 90s. He literally talks about how he doesn't want to be a politician. But, that he might have to for the good of the country. He gives the reason out in the open.

Many years ago I read psychological papers on a personality type some have labeled: 'The Insatiable Male'.
Trump displays some of these characteristics. Here is a short description by one psychologist:

robt rausch

Edit: Another guy who fits the description is Rush Limbaugh.

That’s what you would do. Hell, it’s what I would do.

Some guys are just wired differently. He’s a bare knuckle Queens real estate developer who eats pressure for breakfast and has a huge ego. And he doesn’t take a loss well.

Simply put, he lives for The Game.

The best thing orange man can do is sit back, stay quiet, then emerge later and simply say "see what happens when you put Dems in charge? Compare today to 2018 and 2019. I'm back!"

He needs to avoid the pissing matches. The public understands how corrupt the Dems are now with their messaging. Run on policy.

I don't know why but I assume one reason why is he is proof of someone who can be wealthy and powerful, lose it and come back stronger.

I know there are more main reasons but just an example. People constantly make jokes about his hair, orange man etc.. but he has more money than most people can dream of, nails supermodel type wives and pisses off alot people, yet he was elected president on his first attempt at trying politics and you have people like Joe Biden that have spent their entire lives in policed by the time they finally get the title, not elected, are too old and senile too remember yesterday

Zach, Thats an apt description.

Ive also thought of Maslow's hierarchy of needs and the fifth, or top level, self actualization.

Many have "wide band width" within their scope of expertise, be it sports, money, fame, good looks, etc. But very few across most spectrums...and then decide to give back.

Reagan is a good example, least I think so, of self actualization, youve got it all and feel the need to give back for the greater good. Trump would fall in that category as well, though his ego is definitely a driving factor as well.

I agree with the post regarding his early talk show interviews. He was very pro immigration, for college kids, etc. Why do we give them the best education, make it darn near impossible for them to become a citizen, and send them home to compete, we should be enticing them to stay, marry and have kids.
