Yep. It also doesn’t bother you once you take your seat at a restaurant!

Because it has something to do with employers with over 100 employee can be self insured.

I forget the connection tho. Someone else can chime in please.

If you were employee #100 I'd get nervous.

So it has absolutely nothing to do with safety, and everything to do with legal BS.

Also I'd like to add that OSHA has a serious equal protection problem under the 14th. When they come out with their emergency order, if ever, they will treat companies with over 100 employees with different safety rules than employers with less than or equal to 100 employees.

Also why would a single local chicken plant with 80 employees in one building be ok, but a restaurant franchise that had 1,000 total employees but each location only has 30, be more at risk?

It will about say in 3 months. They’re just waiting for Christmas to pass for them.

Yes. I forget who posted it but the subject was brought up a few days ago. It made total sense. Wish I could remember. I just read the tread in passing and didn't let it sink in.

This will never be a signed law….but it’s having the effect he wants…which is having them do their dirty work with fear. It’s truly sickening

It's like the same reason Covid doesn't infect migrants that enter the US illegally. Covid hates America so it's your patriotic duty to get the jab.

It's like at the pharmacy, Rona can't go sideways or it can't go over the sneeze guards and shite. Try to keep up.

Did you know that covid doesn’t affect people illegally crossing the Southern border too?
