It's the logical result of groupthink. I would doubt if much serious dissenting debate takes place at their meetings.

Because of the systemic racism that blacks face daily. Don’t you realize that all whites want is to hold down black people and corral them into an identifiable controllable group?

Unpopular opinion, but most of the black caucus was alive during segregation and civil rights injustices that would today be considered abhorrent.
That being said many of them are race bait snake oil profiteers. Maybe take it with a little perspective and add that in next time you discuss it so you can present a more well rounded argument people might actually listen and be persuaded by.

why is there a dairy farmer caucus or a rural america caucus or a blue collar caucus or a congressional animal protection caucus? why be outraged if 49 black members of a 465 member house get together if they want to discuss issues affecting african americans. lots of other things for you to be angry about today. go back to celebrating rock throwing palestinian getting killed by israeli soldiers or talking about how mccain is a dirtbag.
