Why didn’t the DNC get on board with Tulsi?

She didn’t seem to have much, if any baggage in her past. She would call out a lot of the bullshite many other Dems wouldn’t. Which means she would have appealed to the undecideds way more than the idiots they are trying to run. Yeah she likes socialism, but she’s not batshit crazy. I believe she would have had a better chance than old Joe and the retards he’s considering to run with.

Joe Biden was the DNC choice due to their internal polling. Dem voters love name recognition, and Tulsi does not have it yet. Policy positions and level of crazy are not things Dem voters care about.

It's simple: they can't control her. But she would unquestionably be Biden's best choice for VP. Would get the suburban and women's vote. Susan Rice or Kamala Harris just aren't going to do it. Plus she's an undeniable patriot, which everyone can see that the vast majority of Democrats aren't.

Ignoring her politics, they should have picked her for the mere fact that she is a young attractive minority female with military experience. Inexcusable for a party that prides itself on identity issues to ignore the best “identity” candidate they have.
