I kinda agree with you Bunk

If if trump does somehow win if we continue to delay reopening the economy. We will 100% be almost a socialist country in less than 5 yrs. the amount of people that will want UBI forever, government healthcare will be off the charts.

I don’t see any positives LONG term for this country.

You realize Trump is in charge, right? He doesn't have to follow Fauci's opinions.

Because he knows this administration fricked up and didn't prepare early enough, and then adequately after delaying what should have started weeks earlier. Now, the chickens have come home to roost. It's going to probably be really bad. Really really bad. What other choice is there now?

It should be obvious that it was more complicated than that to the power of 10, rather than the overtly simplistic "Trump should've ordered a million ventilators and a billion facemasks right when we learned of the very first covid patient in the U.S.!!"

Thanks for being the asswipe tester tissue. I was upset at the two weeks longer guess but you just confirmed that it is maybe for the better.

The only thing any country could have done was go into complete isolation from the start. But no one could because of the actions of the Chinese government.

I'm all for practicing good hygiene and staying out of large groups. But to actually stop the spread, you would have to use force on citizens. People hate Trump and some even equate him to some terrible dictator. And they basically want him to lock everyone inside.

Hey da. 200+ posts per year since 2012. About 80 ppy since 2018. Read and comment. Or just skip it.

I’ve got time on my hands now, so maybe I’ll catch up to the number of your posts per year.

All he did was take the current deadline and extend it two more weeks.

That’s right calm down, you people :-)

The prior guidelines expired tomorrow, it was originally 15 days from mid March. All of the mid April dates were individual state decisions.
