I think one theory is he knows about spying way in the past.

Was he the guy that tipped off Mike Rodgers?

Did he complain about this type of activity going on during the election or previously?

There are tons of possible reasons you could come up with.

My guess is that it is tied to Iran and his constant disapproval of Obama’s foreign policy.

Mike Flynn was highly critical of Obama’s Iran deal.

Flynn wanted to get tough with China and told Susan Rice this when she said Russia was the threat...the DNC then went on and did what they did so they could protect their beloved china

Flynn's been around a long time and chose to play by established rules rather than playing into liberal talking points. In 2014 Flynn expressed his view that Russia was too broke to be a real threat to America in any way. That we needed to focus more on China. For that he was let go. When Trump started talking about bringing Flynn back into Intel, all hell broke loose because he literally knows too much. Flynn's exoneration will bring on the storm.

Flynn was about to blow the whistle 9n Hussein's frickery with Iran and malfeasance 8n Afghanistan.
