Why did Pelosi insist on the 11 billion aid for Africa in the bill?

Three seperate "aid" agencies, two specific to Africa, a third one is a division of World Bank that also grafts money primarily to Africa.
Why, with all that is going on, why is this so important.
She took a trip to Africa last year with Omar the radical. Perhaps its to set up some project for the two of them to split and keep the radical in line at the same time.
Just curious because Pelosi's own constituents are shatting down themselves in the street and she asks for money for Africa?

Its become so blatant these days, her husband with the real estate deal to sell off post office buildings, Hunter traveling on AF2 with daddy to collect his 1.5 billion from the chinese, I figured her connection would be pretty easy to find out.

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES Act) – which the House of Representatives is expected to vote on Friday – includes the funding authorizations for the African Development Fund (ADF), the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the International Development Association (IDA).
The ADF and the AfDB are two related organizations that help fund development and poverty eradication efforts in Africa, whereas the IDA is a subsidiary of the World Bank that gives to poor countries in general. Combined, they will receive more than $10.8 billion under the CARES Act.
This amount includes $7,286,587,008 for the AfDB, $513,900,000 for the ADF and $3,004,200,000 for the IDA.

You should be sick of it. I live and travel in the 3rd world, you would be so disgusted to see your tax dollars filtered through UN,World Bank, IDB, etc then given to govts, (no doubt some kicked back) and then the govt gives to cronies.
Any of these agencies you file a program, if you are a black female, doing a project for trans abused kids who are affected by the climate....stand in the check line we are cutting them now.
Im in a bar the other day and some crackhead walks in with a Tshirt with a blue teddy bear on the front with a band aid on its tummy. Its a huge program replete with billboards, etc. to stop child abuse. Im sure it works, some crackhead wailing on his child will stop if you give him a teddy bear Tshirt. No doubt 90% of that funding went to someone's cousin.
I see unfinished highways, a water project that cost 100s of millions of dollars that will never be completed, half finished housing projects, statues erected in place of dead coral reefs to help the tour operators (who ruined the reef in the first place), on and on it goes.
