Yeah, don't understand why. She's team Biden so it makes no sense. She was London Station chief during Crossfire hurricane. Stupid Trump makes her head. Then she stifles investigations and she wins as Trump is ousted.

I thought Pompeo put her in his spot to set her up, by that point they all knew she was key to the whole cabal, with brennan traveling back and forth to London, etc.

You know the reason. You know how this game works because we’ve all seen it before. She appeared to be team Dem and served her purpose. Now she can not be trusted and is no longer needed. She’ll probably collect a nice consulting fee for a year or so before she spins the wheel of Clintoncide.

She's got a nice CSRS pension (36 years, 2% per year of high-3 average, her SES pay is going to bump that nicely). She can do as many speaking engagements as she wants (some will protest because of her pro-torture baggage, but she's disavowed all that now).
She can calmly work on her memoirs to be released in 2024 which dishes a lot of dirt on Trump and company.

Think of all the things the CIA has prior knowledge on, listening in on all conversations, planning coups, etc.
Imagine shorting bonds of a country that will change govts soon. Imagine a govt agency is about to approve a piece of equipment or process, something that only a preferred vendor can source and you have prior knowledge. A myriad of ways to make far more side change than a pension.
Think of all the things the CIA has prior knowledge on, listening in on all conversations, planning coups, etc.
