Because the courts ruled there are limits to Arms. The same reason I can’t have a machine gun made prior to 1986 or a grenade launcher.
The courts have already ruled that semi automatic weapons are protected under the 2nd Amendment. If you really want this changed stop posting on TD and petition the courts
