Why can’t citizens stop the caravan?

Just watched the video where the baw told the NPC harassing Cocaine Mitch to carry his arse, and it made me wonder. What if a couple thousand patriots showed up at the border to meet the caravan?
Politicians and the military have ROE to uphold, citizens don’t.

Hundreds or thousands of citizens lining up and firing into that crowd of unarmed people would be Exactly what Soros wants. It would do more for gun control than all the school shootings combined.

Well that’s just patently false. It could be done, and rather easily actually. If Central Americans can walk through Mexico to invade the US, Americans can walk through Mexico to stop them, right?

That's what you'd have to do...organize a large enough force to temporarily invade mexico and engage the invaders on that side of the border.

Have you been to Mexico? You taking a shovel to stop them? You're not taking a gun. Mexico does not coddle foreigners inciting violence. You're not getting an arrest and release. You will spend months if not years in a Mexican jail while they extort every penny they can from your family.
Trading my life and liberty for these homeless filth is not an ideal trade for most people.
