So what if he thinks that black people are the true children of Israel? Let the man believe whatever he wants. I don’t see how his religious beliefs affect my life in any way.

It’s more than what you seem to proclaim but the hypocrisy is what many find wrong..

I don't think anyone gives a shite about the children of Israel thing.. it's the fact that he thought sharing a quote from Hitler in a "positive" light was in any way a rational action. If my white arse did that I'd be banished until the end of time.

I don't think people are necessarily upset about what Desean put out there. The anger I am seeing is the double standard that he has received minimal backlash; but people were calling for Brees to retire, be cut, teammates to stop playing/blocking for him...

Because of the double standard.

He said something ridiculously anti-semitic and very few are even covering it.

If someone white said something similar, they'd be ruined.

I’m just happy he’s attempting to read. Although this is a good lesson in why you don’t read above your reading level.

Desean Jackson is too stupid to care anything about. It is the blatant hypocrisy and double-standard that’s so terrifying.

I think it is refreshing that the biggest bigot in the NFL is black.

quote:

children of Israel

Well, in that case I will just ignore him like I do the rest of that stuff. That is until if/when they are labeled a hate/terrorist group.

He made it clear he wants to kill all white people and all Jews

Hello pre-crime division. I finally found one.

It’s being covered by every sporting news tc channel and every radio talk show. The Eagles released a statement disavowing his quote almost immediately. Also for people saying if a white person saying something similar they would be fired/released. Do y’all remember Riley Cooper 7 years ago? It was even the same team.

I think it’s more about that he posted what he thought was a direct quote from Hitler. And to make it better, it was a fake quote. So the man is attempting to quote Hitler on purpose.

Putting aside the fact that he's quoting fricking Hitler and Farrakhan, the big deal is that there is a double standard that is frankly infuriating.

Just one example, Drew Brees cannot say that he intends to stand for the flag. He is pilloried on social media and tons of SJWs and black players absolutely bury him.

DJ comes out with some vile racist shite, and not a peep from the SJWs. Not a peep from black players other than to support his right to say vile racist shite.

Bottom line, blacks cannot be racist. Social justice only applies to people criticizing or pointing out truths about blacks, muslims, and LGBTQS.

Hypocrisy and double standards are the issue.

Because he quoted what he thought was Hitler. And emphatically stated the quote was a good thing. And then doubled down and said just the quote he was mentioning was good even if the source was bad.

Do you know anyone else who quotes Mein Kampf and just gets a pass because of the color of their skin?

Imagine for just one second if a famous white person or Trump quoted Mein Kampf. Just imagine the insane outrage that would garner.
