Would actually be interesting to see who she nominated. The House won't be an issue in getting a leftist nominee through, but the Senate is 50-50 and Harris wouldn't be able to break a tie.

No one the Senate refuses to seat one and remains deadlocked 50/50 with no tie break.
Best thing for America is if Harris becomes President, and why it won’t happen as long as the Senate is deadlocked at 50/50.

Very interesting about Dems turning the heat up a bit. I suspect they need to take action before the midterms to g-tee the shitiest outcome possible. Assuming voting shenanigans are fixed (or at least reigned in a bit), they would lose some options if the House and/ or Senate flipped.
