re: Who wants to take a stab at how Biden classifies ‘high capacity mags’?
10 it shall be. That's for the magazine.

For the firearm itself, it will be the "capacity to accept a magazine holding more than 10 rounds." With that in mind, what is the true answer?

Safe bet will be California gun laws.

It’s more than just the laws. For example, you can request a concealed carry type of license in CA but the applications sit and never get processed.

You masked up and locked down without question. You will hand your guns over too.

Good thing I don't have any assault weapons. My weapons are strictly for defense. More like Karate weapons.

I think it will ultimately be 5 rounds, honestly.

They will claim 10 rounds are for government use, or maybe some licensed people like ranchers, etc... but there will be fees and checks required.

If they change what kind of magazine we can have in any way from what it is now, it's only the beginning. They will come for the guns next.

This is exactly what they did in Australia, and libs are quick to cite the "success" they had with removing guns.

And as a gun owner there, you are subject to random required searches to verify you are storing them properly, etc.

They may have the majority of government, but the comfortable majority of Americans support the 2A. Some stronger that others, but even Bernie's Vermont is full of gun lovers.

Not even Dominion could save them in 2022. They'll go for the mags. I doubt they go for the guns, at least not right away.

Doesn’t Delaware have a limit of about 6-7 rounds? He probably wants to make that the standard.

If that happens, I am moving up from 9mm to .44 magnum.

Will be under 1% in red counties.

I had an old semi automatic remmington 22 with a 14 round capacity, and it is black. Would that be an assault rifle?

Survey Says: probably so.

It’s all BS to me but you know it’s coming. The board Democrats in denial are in for a rude awakening.

I bought 3 40 round mags for my AR-15 back in November. They are all loaded.

I hope Crazy Nancy Pelosi, Schmucky Schumer, AOC, sHitlary, Nadless, Schifftforbrains, InsaneAOC, Kamala the Whore, ChinaJoe Biden the Rapist, and 111 other ignorant Dims (yeah, I know, redundant) come to my house to confiscate them.

My guess is 10 for mags. And then eventually every semi auto.
That will be the problem.
A well regulated "m word" necessary for a free state.... Can no longer consist of bolt action rifles..

I imagine it will be 10 rounds mags will be the cutoff as that seems to be the normal thing called for by the Left (for now)

If they're smart they'll 'grandfather' current mags in but only if you register them with the ATF within 1 year, likely for free. They'll 'guarantee' you the right to sell, transfer, trade etc these mags so long as they're registered to create a 'pre-ban' market for mags and encourage people to register them.

A year after the deadline expires or whenever they'll ban them outright, and plenty of boomers will have registered them so they could re-sell them at exorbitant prices as 'pre-ban' mags
