Who wants to take a stab at how Biden classifies ‘high capacity mags’?

All semi automatic guns whether pistol or rifle will fall under this is my guess.
What’s high capacity 30? 15? 10?

Safe bet will be California gun laws.

I think 10 has been the repeated standard.

I think it will ultimately be 5 rounds, honestly.
They will claim 10 rounds are for government use, or maybe some licensed people like ranchers, etc... but there will be fees and checks required.

Navy 12 shot revolver will be classified as WMD.

Flintlock only. Just as the founders intended.

You might be able to own a Derringer if you can afford one.

If they change what kind of magazine we can have in any way from what it is now, it's only the beginning. They will come for the guns next.

Yeah, good luck with that!
Posted on 1/19/21 at 10:36 am to WhitewaterDawg
All depends on what the gun scientists tell him.
Posted on 1/19/21 at 10:38 am to WhitewaterDawg
Probably more than 10.

Just take that double barrel outside and shoot it up in the air.-Joe Biden

California's Assault Weapons registration got around a 3% compliance rate. You can bet that the U.S. nation average would be less than that.
This would be one of the most ignored regulations since the Volstead Act.
Califonia "Assault Weapon" compliance rate is dismal

The 66,335 applications for registration pale in comparison, FPC said, to the number of firearms sold between January 2000 and December 2017, which the state said must be registered by June 30, 2018. Using data on gun sales from state records and the National Shooting Sports Foundation, the group estimated there were 1.3 million firearms sold in California that would fall under the registration requirements. They estimated an additional half-million home-built firearms fall in the same category.
That would put the number of attempted registrations at about 3.6 percent of the total number of firearms required to be registered.
