Jarrett was very pro Iran and hurt this country a lot. The Iran deal was her input. The millions in cash secretly in a plane in the secret night flight was her too. Should be investigated. She was born and raised in Iran, not the U.S.. Moved to Chicago as a young adult.

Hillary is evil, but also a blow-hard who likes the limelight. She is the front. The puppet. Sooner or later, the fronts make a mistake and take the fall.
People like Jarrett are more behind the scenes. They are more methodical in their methods, and are content to keep their evil doings in the dark. They control the puppet. Hers was Obama.

Ideologically, I think they are both evil. HRC rode Bill's coattails and failed when she was in the spotlight. Jarrett, on the other hand, is an evil genius who works in the background and cooperated with Obama on a great deal of his destruction. So she is more capable and therefore the greater threat.
