As for ignoring all other facts of the situation. I considered it at least a slightly important fact that despite their supposedly being physical evidence of it happening he was never charged. If you had even a modicum of decency you would acknowledge that

Seven-year-old protective orders that weren't followed with charges are shite and should be treated as shite. At least in any decent society that values the ability of people to defend themselves they should be
