House-all tax bills originate here.Trump can forget middle class tax cut FROM him if Democrats win House. Plus, House can impeach(charge) with a simple majority.
Senate- Trumps continues to appoint cabinet and judges , including Supreme Court. Dems head will explode if Ginsburg retires/dies before 2020. Plus, Senate votes on guilt on impeachment. Need 2/3rds of Senate to convict. Aint gonna happen.

The Senate is garbage outside of judicial appointments without 60 votes to break cloture.

The House can pass things with a majority, but all of those initiatives are DOA at the Senate.

House can also draw up impeachment even though the Senate is the jury.

For that reason, I'd much rather have the Senate even though it can't pass anything.

Should've been a landslide to gain seats in the House right now and we are where we are so I wouldn't be too sure about underestimating the dumbness of voters

It’s a midterm election.

If the GOP loses 23 seats and holds serve, that IS a landslide.
