Where should Trump and Rocketman meet? -----Update in OP-----

UPDATE: Looking more and more like Singapore (International Business Times link)
What country makes the most sense?
Should it be in the U.S. (maybe California)?
Is North Korea out of the question or does Trump dare go there?
I see that Mongolia, Switzerland, and Sweden are considered as good neutral choices. How about Australia or Singapore?
My choice would be Vietnam. Imagine the headlines form that. "America goes back to Vietnam to face down the communists and comes back a winner".
