Meryl Streep inevitably believes for the thugs to suffer severe legal punishment for what they did and for Trump to not be President. To equate the two is very silly of you.

Sure. But instead of talking about how we must come together and protect the weak (disabled) and strive for better race relations - all positive things that most all can rally around - she decided to rant about Trump, and contribute to further polarizing Americans.

People who think their side literally can do no wrong are awful. He clearly made fun of that guy. Are you giving Trump the benefit of the doubt that he fully understands the reporter's disability? Watch that clip and if you truly believe there was no intent to mock, then I don't know what you will agree to.

Was it overblown? Yes. Do I care that he did it? No. But to flat out deny he mocked the guy is absurd. Just try to have an ounce of objectivity.

Trump was mocking his words not his disability. BIG DIFFERENCE.

He certainly mocked him, similarly as he had others throughout the campaign. The guy turned out to be disabled. Who knew? No one until after the fact.

If anything Trump is an equal opportunity mocker.

Right. It's Meryl Streep who is polarizing. You posted that with a straight face.

Why is she insulting American artists?

She is a first class bully. But she should know that Trump cannot be bullied.

Well there isn't a single person with whom I disagree more now because of the speech, so I wouldn't call it polarizing.

A chick who is better at acting than you are at anything got a well-deserved trophy for her work, and she said what she wanted to say. Good for her. Why melt? Because she doesn't like Daddy?

Where have you seen liberals defending the 4 criminals? Not counting Shaun King because he is a race baiting POS.

Ah, a delicious ad hominem, rather than discussing the substance that the source provided. I was craving one of those today.
