It's obvious as hell that he's never gonna find anything and it's a shitty witch hunt.

sarah sanders reiterated yesterday that they are complying with the probe and are completely cooperating.
He is not going to fire Mueller. It will be over when it is over.

Whenever he’s ready for impeachment hearings to begin.

Mueller is a traitor. I want him gone

Why would he shut down a covert investigation into the Clintons and deep state activities that should make it out into the open by midterms?

it would be suicidal to fire Mueller now. It would write democratic ads
He could have fired him in June but he got shitty advice on that front.
I doubt Trump goes down in this shitshow, but Kushner is straight up fricked. the left hates Kush and so does Bannon along with Kelley.

Mueller is on a long leash and serves a purpose for Trump: it gives the leftists a focal point to pin their hopes upon and when it predictably fails many on the left will be so distraught they'll commit mass suicide.
And in so doing, MAGA!

A similar sentiment around these parts early in 2017, was that Trump needed to man up and fire Comey. That worked out great for him. I could see him returning to draw from that well again.

At this point the stupidity of subpoenaing that druck guy makes mueller look like a fool to anybody who is rational, so keep him going for comic relief.

Given what we now know about Comey, I'd say he was fired for cause. Seriously, this ridiculousness sets a precedent for future administrations. We have Democrats stating that a President firing an FBI director is obstruction of justice and thinking about firing your AG is attempted obstruction of justice. Does a future Democratic President want to be investigated for doing the same thing?

Trump's FY19 budget proposal cut basically everything, yet fully funded the SC investigation.

The precedent isnt the firing of an FBI director; the precedent is firing the person leading an investigation into the president.
Because he fired Comey, then stated that the investigation was the reason why, his hands are tied in firing Mueller.

this is the essence of the problem with trump is that he either gets really shitty advice or doesn't listen to advice. I am not sure which is the case. Trump would have been fine firing Comey on day 1. But he didn't do that. I think is the same is true for mueller. if he fired sessions and rosenstein on day 1 when it was announced and then fired mueller, he probably would have been ok. The house and senate would cover for him. But he didn't.

So let him keep investigating and keep the dems chasing their tails over bullshite.
