1998, when Bill Clinton's extra curricular activities came to light.

Already hit in Florida legislature within last week. Shits getting real for those clowns. Won't be long and Washington will be dealing with it.

Didn’t the Podesta brothers get their start working as capital hill pages? Is there a connection between that time and Tony’s art interests?

Yeah as stated above those people are incredibly insulated.

Not sure, but I'm starting to see why all these lefties think that there is a "rape culture" issue. The thing about it is that it is THEIR culture, not ours.

There is a law, passed in 1995, that says anyone accusing a congressman of sexual harassment must agree to go through counseling and mediation before filing a lawsuit.

And if the accuser wins a settlement, the congressman doesn't pay the award. You and I as taxpayers pay the damages to the victim.

I'm not even kidding......

Would BJ Clinton have gotten off Scott-free if his indescretions had occurred in today's climate?

Paul Ryan is a couple of weeks ahead of this concern...

Paul Ryan: 'It would be naive' to think there is no Harvey Weinstein-esque person in Congress

quote:

Speaker Paul Ryan thinks it's possible there are some Harvey Weinstein-type characters in Congress and he said that, if there are, they need to be exposed.

Ryan said in an interview on "KasieDC" on MSNBC the allegations against Weinstein are "horrendous" but it's not hard to imagine something similar happening in Congress.

"It would be naive to suggest that doesn't happen. And I do believe exposing these things can help improve the culture.

quote:

"In any institution, wherever you look in society, you're going to have these kinds of problems. The more you can expose it and the more we can castigate people in society on these things to show that this is not acceptable behavior, that's to the good."

Ted Kennedy immediately came to mind. He was obvious. I bet there are dozens of sex bullies up there.
