I don't buy this story either.
An upstairs bathroom across a hallway from a bedroom? That's 99% of 2-story homes.
A family room unable to be seen from the entrance? Again, 99% of 2-story homes.
A U-shaped staircase? It is not that uncommon.
Not far from the country club? So anywhere from a block to a couple miles.
The last 2 narrows it down a bit but is in no way enough evidence to slander a man with heinous allegations or pinpoint the location of the alleged incident.
With the "facts" we have been given from the accuser, there is no way to prove or disprove any of her claims. All we know for sure is that she was in the general vicinity of Kav some time in the early 80s. Only progs think this is enough evidence to destroy a man's career and reputation.

All of these things could’ve been in a house she merely visited as a teen, much less partied at. What are they supposed to do? Investigate every house and it’s history (assuming you could even do that - it’s impossible) within a certain radius?

How do we know for sure she was in the general vicinity of Kav some time in the early 80's? It may be nothing more than knowing who he was when she attended the sister school. She may have had a crush on him and he never gave her any attention. They say, revenge is best served cold.
