College Dropout will never be duplicated or surpassed. I think there is something unique and substantial when discussing the first album of many talented artists. So much time and energy is commited in its creation and understanding that it would be misguided to attempt to replicate or emulate most artists first album. As a writer I believe their is something inherently special concerning the first albums of most artists, they contain an abundance of original thought and creativity which will likely never again be accomplished. Many first albums are produced and created out of necessity which renders the following albums almost obsolete and incapable of capturing that specific essence that epitomizes the album itself.
