You strike me, frankly, as an unhappy person. Your post on the first page of this thread clearly indicates you suffer from some form of anxiety. I think what might help you is to go out to a mall, festival, fair, athletic event, etc and just remind yourself that just because a person is in power that you don't like, doesn't mean life outside of politics is horrible.

You are lucky enough to objectively live in the greatest time ever for humanity, in the richest country. You have a 6 figure salary, a family, a nice home, etc. Maybe one day you will realize it instead of choosing to be unhappy.
