Flamboyant Ricky Rebel prancing thru Beverly Hills, in the midst of the nationwide BLM riots, leading the crowd of supporters in singing "MAGA" to the tune of "YMCA".

Americans are generally positive, optimistic, hardworking people. Democrats are the party of the depressed. = landslide

Obama having to finally step in

Same as 2016, except the opposing rallies & candidate are laughably worse.

Can somebody explain this to me? Don't incumbent presidents generally run unopposed in their own party's primary? I just looked up Obama back in '12 and he got like 89% of all ballots cast.

The recent non-scientific poll by FedSmith showing Trump with a slight edge over Biden; FedSmith is a news site featuring articles of interest to Federal employees (who traditionally vote Democrat in wide margins).
If Biden can't hold that group by the wide margins a Democrat would normally hold it...

All the damn get out and vote commercials. Never seen so many in all my life. I chuckle every time they come on.

I am not falling for any of this landslide talk. I vividly remember predictions that Romney would beat Obama in a landslide in 2012. I vividly remember predictions Republicans would sweep to a thunderous victory in the 2018 midterms.
2016 was a pleasant surprise, but I'm not going to let myself get punched in the gut in 2020. If Trump wins this November - if - it's going to be narrow.
So, to reply to the OP, no, I sense no coming Trump landslide at all. A narrow win, perhaps, but the era of Republican landslides ended in 1988.

Careful, they'll call you a baby killing, kid humping, bleeding hearted latte liberal talking like that.

I dont believe that primary stuff makes anything a lock.
I am impressed by the record number of 56% saying they are better off now than 4 years ago in the Gallup poll. When Reagan stomped Mondale he only got 44%.

When the covid stuff started during Mardi Gras. Everyone we were with all said it was a ploy to get Trump. It was the only way they could after the failed peachment.
