Someone sprayed some moisture that contacted the President from a distance.
President stopped his speech and asked for a determination of the individual.

I rewound the Oan feed and it looked like a fire truck turned on a hose but it was way off in the distance. They only showed it for like 2 seconds.

It was. Trump was halfway through his rally. Fox switched over to "dip in" to the Biden "rally." Biden came out, pathetically attempted to jog to the stage to show how vigorous he is (massive fail), got to the stage, slobbered and stumbled reading his teleprompter remarks to about a dozen parked socially distanced meep meep Prius' then was summoned/whisked off the stage. Meanwhile, Trump is STILL speaking beautifully to an enthusiastic crowd of thousands.
