What is your prediction on JBE going to phase one or not..

Well, he has already gone full tard and refuses to realize every fricking state around him has reopened with no consequence.
so I expect his "just a little longer" speech. But, he is getting dickslapped by the legislature, so not sure if he wants to lose all his political capital over a fight he will 100% lose.

I predict a head fake. He will call it phase 1 yet pack it so full of restrictions that it'll be the same thing we're doing now.

Well last week we kept getting quotes like:
"I don't like the question" (when asked about phase 1)
"I don't like the premise of the question" (when asked about phase 1)
"We still have a ways to go" (regarding cases in LA dropping)
"We have to keep public safety in mind" (regarding opening too soon)
Uh, I say he extends it or he'll do like NorthEnd says: move into phase 1 but load it up with restrictions to where he can say he's advancing the economy when he's really not. I'm happy to say I didn't vote for this dude in both 15 and 19.

conference call at hospital just now is stating LDH is sending out paperwork for all to go into PHASE 1.

An article in the (admittedly shitty) Shreveport Times this morning used April 30 data to suggest we have not met any of the benchmarks for opening.

I got the feeling we were going to phase 1 at the press conference. I figured he wouldn’t announce it before the weekend because he didn’t want to tempt people to stop social distancing over Mother’s Day weekend. I could be wrong of course.

We are prepping at work for phase 1. Opinions here are 50/50 on moving on vs. staying locked up.

No way in hell he opens before 15th, the 15th is a Friday so that makes the most sense, and gives you the weekend to plan and get it going
