what is the Biden/DNC doing with the campaign cash

after seeing the participation of Biden's supporters at his two public outings this week I have to ask what is being done with the record 300 million cash they claim to have raised in august. last year I saw something about retiring politicians being able to convert campaign money to private retirement accounts. Could the dec have plans to spend much more heavily on law fare to win.
I think I would have to drive 200 miles to Austin to see a Biden for president sign. where is the money going

I've seen a total of one BIden 2020 sign here in Houston. It was on a corner lot in an estate style house. When I drove to the other side around the corner, it had a huge BLACK LIVES MATTER painted on fence.
