The nationalization of an industry whose founding and continued central principal is population control through the extermination of unwanted people before they have a chance to take their first breath of air;
or:
making your top priority the financial/domestic security and proliferation of,and an increased quality of life for, your fellow countrymen?

Read the question again. The industry he is referring to is the abortion industry, not the entire healthcare industry.

Service may be a more accurate term. Call it what you you like, the essence of the question still remains. What is more Hitlerian? Abortion's principal of population control, or Daddy's priority of bettering your life and the American life, at all stages?

The vast majority of what the Third Reich did was public works projects that benefitted all Germans. Guess that excuses the barbarism.
