If I remember correctly.
Massie voted for one CR in 2023 because it had a provision in it to discontinue the CRs and force a vote on 12 individual appropriations bills.
This provision was taken out in subsequent CR bill and Massie voted "nay" on HR 5860 and those CRs that came after.
Looks like he wanted to at least get something that would make a change in 2023.
BTW, what did Trump get in the CR passed last week? Something? Anything?

Oh so he votes against everything and nothing he supports ever passes in terms of budgets? What a leader of men! It’s easy to be a contrarian but offer no viable solutions and never actually accomplish anything but let’s stand on our principles while debt continues to explode and let’s continually vote in ways that prevent anything from getting done. DOGE hasn't cut anything.
DOGE is irrelevant if Congress keeps passing spending that requires borrowing more and expanding our deficit.

The funny thing is Massie being considered the best isn’t difficult when you look at congress yet he still has never accomplished anything or passed any significant legislation to benefit his party.
