What is/are the crimes Bobulinski is accusing Joe Biden of committing?

I watched the video of Bobulinski's entire comments to the press and I'm disgusted by the sliminess of the whole Biden family. I'm glad the patriot came forward and spilled the beans.
It seems that Bobulinski's first hand knowledge of the Big Guy's dealings with the LLC receiving money from China started in 2017. Biden was a private citizen by then.
What laws were broken, assuming the Big Guy declared his share of money on his tax returns?
I understand it proves Joe lied about not knowing anything about Hunter's business dealings. Again, pure slime. But lying in this case isn't a crime.
So, did he do anything criminal? Or, does it just prove how untrustworthy the entire Biden Crime Family is?

I think the argument is a career politician getting millions from China compromises him.

I very seriously doubt this all started in 2017. Hunter definitely went to China with his dad on AF2.

As the Ukraine/Burisma and the CHinese emails show, what was for sale was influence and access. Not widgets. "Well son of a bitch, they fired him!"
