I’ve been busy the past few days since this happened. If Acosta can still apply for daily passes, is he doing so? Are they allowing him in?

Nope.
The courts can force him to be readmitted but they can’t force them to talk to him. And if he tries to force the issue by grabbing the microphone he could be ejected again.
