What does it mean to be "sexually harassed"

I keep seeing all of these men being accused of sexual harassment and i cant help but think its a guy giving a woman a complement on her figure or the way she looks in a dress or some mundane shite like that.
To me, sexually harassed is when a guy or girl solicits sexual activity or physically touches the other person.
Am i wrong here?

Legally, it's when someone uses explicit or tacit leverage or authority for sexual stimulation, physical or not.

saying hello to a woman means:
if she finds you attractive - its a flirt
if she finds you unattractive - its take your pick of being accused of rape/ sexual harassment/ sexual assault
also, any woman who sleeps with you then feels bad about doing it the next day, or her friends shame her into feeling bad about it, then it becomes rape simply because she wishes she hadnt slept with you.
this should be clear as day to all men by now

The difference between Sexual Harassment and flirtation is whether or not the woman is attracted to you.

Yes it is, but it is not just limited to physical contact. Unwanted advances can also be considered harassment.

It depends upon the recipient, male or female (usu. the latter), of the physical contact, compliment, remark, gift etc.
Any action ranging from giving someone a birthday card, all the way to sexual intercourse can be OK if the receiver accepts it.
