This presumes barriers for one group can only be removed by erecting barriers for another.

No. That's a mis-statement

My argument presumes such wide sex-based results can only emerge from institutional barriers.

We all acknowledge women had them in the past, which explained that gap.

There was never a need to erect barriers for men to cause the current gap (which is the quoted strawman above).

The point of my question was to see if you would admit

1. The sex-based gaps require barriers
2. That some barriers are in place today to create that specific gap I referenced

The premise of the article is that men/boys AND women/girls are struggling, but since women/girls are generally ignored, we only hear about men and boys "in crisis."

I chuckled quite a bit as I read the article.

and this obese liberal female wonders why males want nothing to do with her.

Again- I ask you where I've been hostile to you in this thread- you threw out the accusation, I'd appreciate you backing it up.

Chubbies is self-loathing. That much is readily apparent. Any disagreement, no matter how civil, is seen as hostility. I suggest only replying to it in a sarcastic or trolling fashion. Do not however, attempt to engage it in honest debate. You will not get anything of the sort from it.

She has a particular distaste for me... she thinks I'm a sex traitor because I don't agree with everything she says. She admitted as much a couple months ago. To be fair, I did give her a hard time in a certain thread- but no more or less than anyone else- somehow it was more egregious because I'm female though.

And who would we need men to protect us from on the bus slob or walking NOLA at night (which I do all the time)? It ain’t other women.

You need good men to protect you from the bad men. It's always been this way. Except now, you demand the good men be punished for being good.

Oprah, Taylor Swift, etc etc. I didn’t claim women are incapable of earning money or getting rich.

They are incapable of being truly happy, though.

She never clarified the experience. She didn’t say she was forced to use the same bathroom stall as a man. I do believe she is upset about being in the same public space as a man.

Again. Downplaying the claims. The exact opposite as your stances on the first page. Complete opposite.

You post absolute garbage like “capitalism is the root of women’s problems”. That is absolute mind numbed regurgitation of propaganda. And you still continue to ignore being called out on that to explain what system is better. You ignore it, because you cannot, even legitimately compared to your other stances, provide a better alternative. Yet, you will run back to the same garbage that instructed you to believe and say that. Even though you cannot defend it. It’s absolutely astounding how people keep running back to propaganda they know lies and manipulates them. And then defends it! That is just like an addict.

quote:

What are you referring to? Seriously. Savior of whom? Women?

Everyone your propaganda commands you to be the savior of. People who are viiiictims according to your puppet masters.

What else more do you want me to say? Offer her therapy?

This when your offering after your first paragraph is:
quote:

but since women/girls are generally ignored, we only hear about men and boys "in crisis."

In summary… we are recommending you for therapy.

Cubbies is the only person on this board that I actually cringe while reading her ideas, who also offers them in a non-trolling good-faith manner.

Cubbies is a fool. She lacks wisdom. She arrives at erroneous conclusions. She accepts ideas that a wise person can easily see through. She enjoys being duped.

That's not a moral judgement or a reason not to appreciate other qualities she has (courage to enter the fray-intelligence and curiosity-compassion for the less fortunate), it's just an acknowledgement that she doesn't have the kind of mind that can see past the cultural clutter and arrive at the truth of a given matter. This is why we have leaders and why we have followers, because not all people have CLARITY and the ability to see behind the curtain.

Yeah its amazing that she gets the effort to actually debate her ridiculous assertions. She represents the far far feminazi left that Rush just just to ridicule instead of actually engaging. We are talking someone who admitted to having sex with a homeless guy...and she has access to people's children

That's a fricking joke, right? Look at all the women who have tanked major companies with bright innovative ideas, but were stilll given their title and allowed.

Hell, for the left, women needed such a boost, that they started dressing men up as women and calling them actual women.

If the US could outlaw The Left from having any influence in cultural issues from now till the next 20 years, we might be able to turn societies around

You know. That brings up another issue. How can she even make a distinction between the treatment of men vs women when the term “woman” cannot be defined?

Currently, colleges are 60/40 female to male. Over half of men 18-25 have never been on a date and are locked out of the market. 90% of women chase 10% of guys making them miserable as well, as 4’s get depressed they’ll never lock down a 9/10, only temporarily used. The US birth rate is declining, jeopardizing national security in general, and specifically all of the social programs your side loves since new children aren’t being created to tax. The declining birth rate will eventually precipitate an immigration crisis. The only thing preventing general societal upheaval is that the millions of aimless young men living with their parents are having their testosterone lowered through a combination of many different factors, including diet and a sedentary lifestyle, and are receiving just enough dopamine hits from porn and gaming, likely the 2 things preventing violent revolt. If you can’t see that’s bad and destabilizing for everyone, women included, I don’t know what to tell you.
