It really hurt my feelings when I came home from work and saw my apartment had been broken into. I still remember what was stolen: My MacBook, my Nintendo Wii, my bicycle, and the remnants of a case of Natty Light from the weekend before.

All these years later, I still have that bike! It's moved with me all over South Louisiana.

I was so broke at the time, too. I was working two jobs and living in this shitty apartment on the north side of campus. The whole fundraiser was a very, very unexpected and heartwarming gesture. It really softened the blow.

Yes, but for millions of boys for decades it was all about the drugs.

This is something that has affected boys far more then girls. Its a crisis of medication that is hopefully declining.

For my generation Ritalin was the drug of choice.
