What did biden mean by "putting your land in a land bank?"

Your land is now controlled by the government and farmed by you. He flat out said he would pay the farmer to grow whatever the government wants.

He wants the government to control what is grown on the farms and have the government pay the farmers for growing the mandated crop.

Oh lady you want less regulation? Well put your land into some kind of bureaucratic land organization that will undoubtedly not allow you to develop or sell the land as you please.
