2. Libertarianism. Individual rights over governmental authority, incl. 1st Amendment issues and rights of criminal defendants.
3. Judicial Appointments. Primarily in service of (1) and (2)
4. Financial Responsibility. Balance the damned budget, pay down the debt, THEN reduce taxes.
