What About Trump's Decision on this Iran Nuclear Deal?
I am not familiar with it enough to discuss, but I see his spoke to the country today saying he would terminate the deal if congress didn't address the concerns he had.

Is he just trying to threaten congress? Does he even know what he is doing? Or is what he wants to do the right move?

Also, when it comes to countries having nuclear weapons, isn't it in each nation's best interest to have nuclear weapons, because without nuclear weapons, then a nation doesn't have the power of those nationals who do have nuclear weapons..

The more countries with nuclear weapons is safer than a few countries with nuclear weapons right? If only a few countries had nuclear weapons, then they could be a threat to most of the world. If one country could attack another country and take it over, without the risk of retaliation than that makes the world less safe.

If Iran had nuclear capability and they decide to hit the US with a nuclear weapon, how would that benefit them in any way?

I can tell you the abject horror and hand wringing coming from France and Germany specifically and of course the American far left over this tells me its good for the United States primarily over others.

Anytime the US shows up with bags of money and illegally pays that money to Iran then you know it’s a BS deal.

Trump campaigned on getting rid of it.

Since he's been in office he's learned it'd probably better than not to keep it in place even though it's a bad deal (especially if you have any intention to get NK to the negotiating table).

Rectifying the Iran deal 90s doesn't play well with Trump's base, so he's gone through this maneuver to shift the responsibility to Congress to re-write the conditions of certifying it, so he doesn't have to publicly do it every 90 days.

He should decertify it and show that video of Ben Rhodes laughing about how he lied to get it done.

The deal’s defenders insist that the financial negotiations were totally separate from both the nuclear deal and the hostage talks, and were led by three separate teams. It’s impossible to verify or refute that information.

Yea we usually return foreign-owned secret money in the cover of night without announcing it to anyone, only to get outted by the media. Nothing shady there.

None of those "funds" belonged to Iran

Fiat currency is the property of the issuing nation. Period. While you would like to hold it in faith its only as good as that country.

United States notes are property of the United States Treasury, those Francs were property of the French Tresor Public at the time, and the Euro's were the property of the European Central Bank

For exactly reasons like this all of those serials could be rendered illegal and not allowed to be circulated. It was not Iran's cash.

The best reason to have your own currency especially at that time in history.

13 payments of $99,999,999,99 to Iran

and you can really tell a deal is kosher when 13 payments of $99,999,999.99 are used to avoid a reporting requirement

straight up illegal but you can bet Republicans weren't ever going to say a peep about it

It is actually a theory that the world is safer if more countries had nuclear capabilities. It allows everyone to keep each other in check. If one country had nuclear capabilities, they could take over the world. Does that not make sense to you?

This is problem will all of you Trump supporters. You're more concerned about scoring short-term, short-lasting political points and pissing the other side off than what is in our nation's best long-term interest.

And this comment is in no way meant to be about the Iran deal, just the general attitude from Trump supporters on here.

Interdasting. So the threshold for reporting is just shy of 100M? And who would it have to be reported to? Didn't know that.

Either way, that's a shitpot of $$

This is what I am thinking. Is he just doing shite that makes HIM look good. He has extremely loyal supporters, but if he moves away from them he loses his power. He doesn't care about what is actually in the country's best interest.
