Depends on the HOA. The overpowered ones can die in a fire.

Wouldn't the elecrocutee be able to sue under the doctrine of attractive nuisance?

(I once saw a great Rockford Files episode where a guy plants a bug in Jim's trailer and gets injured, then sues Jim under A.N.)

I'm sure that would depend on local/State laws.

In Oklahoma, as long as your property is clearly and legally posted with verbiage expressly prohibiting trespassing, violators are screwed if they get themselves injured doing some dumb crap.

It may look tacky to have "NO TRESPASSING" signs posted in a quiet, middle class rural or suburban neighborhood, but at least here you should.

What does anyone think that stealing a campaign sign accomplishes other than making them look like a dumbass? Do they think that maybe someone won’t know that Trump is running for President and then vote for the other party automatically?

I’m no lawyer, but I thought A-N laws pertained to children and the mentally deficient.

Oh.
I see your point.
Never mind.

Agreed, and this is easily mitigated with just a little research.
