Regarding lots of "people of color", I've seen that at the range too, when I went recently. I've read stuff online that confirm gun (and ammo) sales are through the roof for all demographics, including blacks. People are scared right now.

I witnessed a straw purchase attempt at a local gun shop last Saturday. 2 males with a female. Overheard the 2 males instruct the female what guns they wanted her to look at and told her not to worry about it because she could pass the background check.
I went out to my truck and called the store to alert them and gave them a description of the 3 folks.

My local rural king shop is down to Stoeger and Springfield XDs for semi auto handguns, a couple Springfield M14s and bolt guns.
The range I use to work at sometimes in Georgia is down to 80,000 small pistol primers for their range ammo. That’s about 2 weeks til they are out of 9mm, 38sp, 357 mag, 40sw, range ammo with no resupply coming. That’s the stuff they have and what they can make. It’s hard to make money when they have no firearms to sell and no ammo for the range. And the folks that have their own is dwindling.
