Good deal this helps keep access for Oklahomans. Would have made the furthest clinic out in like Colorado or new Mexico.

.plus they lied! The ads they were running in the KC metro were telling voters that all abortions would be illegal, even ectopic pregnancies…..just lied out their asses and the fragile minded fools bought the BS.

You got it backwards. The lies were coming hard from the other side, just like they have been in most of the states where the goal is to ban all abortions.

The post above about being happy that states are deciding for themselves captures the bs perfectly.

truly believe that Roe v. Wade being overturned is more unpopular among the American people than what some may believe. This vote was basically sign #1 of that.

Or it shows how dumb it was and you should let the states decide like they are doing.

I voted here today and the wording on the ballot was a cluster. I had to take out my phone and google a Kansas pro-life site to confirm my choice before I voted.

The good news, Kansas had a chance to vote on it. A few weeks ago Kansas did not have that freedom. This is what Kansas wants and that is all it means.

Probably not, but you wouldn’t be here without the founding fathers being believers. And there is the whole, in God we trust.

This vote says nothing about the Dobbs decision. All that did was return decisions like these to the states. That's what Kansas did.

And we need to respect the decisions of the states even if we disagree with them

The long view on Dobbs on the court that took a few decades to build looks pretty good but the short term is sure going to give the Dems a boost. Make the midterms and 2024 more interesting than they should be.

Sure, but at least they outlived God if they are an atheistic democratic republic.

Meh. Getting it back to the states was the right thing. There’s no law or constitutional right on the books.

Let the states decide. They did in KS.
