We did have almost 630M barrels in the caverns in Louisiana and Texas.
By October’s end, it is estimated to have around 350M barrels.
We’ve been blowing through 1M barrels a day since May.

This president is amazingly bad.
This idea alone is so remarkably bad.
And there is no press.
He limits domestic production. Wants to buy oil from despots. And then weakens or country by releasing oil reserves to limit the raise in price of oil that goods policies are causing.
We could see a drop in oil prices by 1.50 a gallon in six month if he would allow drilling, relax policies, and say we are going to be using oil for at least the next 20 years, which regardless of anything we will.
But instead we have this imbecile.

We have ample domestic reserves of O&G to meet the needs of the American people for at least 50 years and some estimates are over 100 years. There’s no reason the US should be in this inflationary spiral being fueled by high energy prices…..it’s all due to the gross incompetence of this installed regime.

Someone should explain to the Biden brain trust it’s called “strategic” petroleum reserves for a reason……that stored oil is not a solution to idiotic energy policy.

This is the huge irony. The reason the SPR was created was to prevent the Arab embargo we went through. It goes like this:
Saudi Arabia: 'Hey, US, stop all support of Israel or we'll cut off your oil.'
US: 'No way.'
SA cuts off our oil and we suffer bigly. Later on...
US: 'OK, we've got an SPR now, you can shut off our oil and it won't hurt.'
SA: 'Uh, you don't have an SPR anymore, morons.'
