You don't understand government accounting.
You see when there is a tax cut like we just had, democRats like Pelosi, Schumer and the gang universally scream that those cuts are being paid for by the poor (a/k/a they ain't getting their welfare goodies)
So in the same way, when you build a wall that keeps Mexicans from grabbing American welfare, Mexicans are paying for the wall.
You just have to learn from your democRat friends.

You are getting called a shill here for one simple reason; you are willfully ignoring the facts about this proposal. Like it or not, funding mechanisms have been hotly debated, from liquidation of siezed cartel assets worth billions to taxes on foreign wire transfers. The most common being a withholding of foreign aid to Mexico. The average illegal is a net burden of around 10k annually on the us taxpayer, so there's that. No one ever, once said that Nieto was writing a check.

Honestly I don't care if Mexico pays for our border security or not.
But let's be honest it's not like it's going to be hard for Mexico to pay for it. We have plenty of things they want. At a negotiating table we hold all the cards.
