Was Syria really behind recent chemical attack?

I never believe conspiracy theories, but this just seems so obvious it’s hard to ignore.
Trump starts talking about getting out of Syria against the wishes of his military and diplomatic advisors.
Israel and other neighbor countries don’t want us to leave Syria.
Less than a week later Assad decides to have another chemical attack?
Why the hell would he do something like this knowing it would likely force Trumps hand to stay there...
My opinion is some establishment type figures here gave Israel the go ahead and they did the chemical attack knowing it would force Trumps hand.
Thoughts?

He is one of the few. Most people are still to blinded to accept that every time the Assad regime gets a major step closer to ending this civil war and the US and their allies discuss cutting ties, this shite magically happens.

Screw Nikki Haley. If Trump gets fooled into attacking based on this fake shite then I will lose most of the respect I had for him. No one from the media, politicians, Pentagon, etc is asking could the rebels have done this.
They along with Israel, Saudi Arabia, and Sunni jihadists in general are the only ones to benefit. Everyone is on the side of max pressure to force Trumps hand. This all seems so planned and fake. It is like they don't even care to try and hide it anymore.

What I am nervous about is that when we do attack does Russia respond. They have painted themselves into a corner where if they don't they look extremely weak after their tough talk. Very scary times.

I agree that's a possibility and how it should go down but Russia has stated multiple times they will retaliate. Could they invade east Ukraine and get their land bridge to Crimea?
