Warren's gun control plan is out.....pretty damn radical imo.

some of this is absolutely insane
30% excise tax on all firearms, 50% (!!) excise tax on all ammunition. What a pathetic attempt to violate the 2nd amendment rights of poor blacks who need firearms for protection the most.
Holding gun manufacturers and sellers of firearms liable for deaths involving a gun made by the manufacturer. Warren also calls for this to be retroactive, so a gun death from 30 years ago can be used to bring a lawsuit against a firearm manufacturer or firearm seller.
Calls for Americans to be allowed to only buy one gun a month.

She should just follow her own advice and say the “courageous” thing and just shorten that plan to one sentence, repeal the Second Amendment. So intellectually dishonest to throw all those numbers out there and not talk about the vast majority of those deaths being from handguns.
