It was stated every bone in the guy's face was broken and that he was missing several teeth so likely more than 1 to 2 punches. There have been cases where a person gets knocked out with one punch and the contact with the ground is what kills them. Doesn't sound like this was one of those cases.

The legal standard is called the "eggshell skull rule." If you intend to hit someone, it makes no difference that he has a paper-thin skull and dies from a blow that would only have blacked the eye of a normal person. If you intended to hit him, you are still fully-culpable.
This jury decided to forgive this kid, because he claims to have been tricked into a gay sex act. Nullification, plain and simple. These jurors did not apply the law. It is disgusting.
This does, however, remind me of the old joke. How is a blowjob from a tranny like wearing croc shoes? No matter how good it might feel, if you look down you have to realize that you are gay.

I'm not saying he deserved what happened necessarily. But I will say all signs point to him being a sexual predator, some might go so far as to say a rapist, and that some might go so far as to say rapists deserve retribution against them, and I'm too tired to argue with anybody who would say that.

Good. Based on everything described here, he was acting in self defense. Charges never should have been brought against him. I hope this puts trannies on notice to inform people of the truth or what they're doing is sexual assault.

I don't know. I believe it says the football guy went back to the same person to check and see if they were a guy? If true, that seems like he had possible intent and some planning here. However, I have not studied the case or anything whatsoever.

Not that I have any sympathy for a mentally ill, sexual predator but this was definitely premeditated murder…
If the young man had beaten him to death at the first encounter I could see his being let off but he staged a second meeting for the purpose of determining the sex of this guy…
