I dont see any Flaps or slats (not sure if this aircraft has leading edge slats) down in that video. Looks like its not configured correctly or they had a problem.

Radio show today said the winds were 35 mph. That wasn't caused by the wind.

Frame-by-frame looks like starboard main gear touched before anything else. Aircraft is a touch out of level, maybe starboard gear is about a foot-and-a-half lower than port gear when it hits the runway. All the weight was bearing on that gear and it looks like it may have had a couple inches of snow on the runway to plough through as well. That could put just enough stress on the gear to cause a failure. It's also possible that ice may have formed on the strut components and prevented the starboard main gear from locking into place.
Lots of possible causes. I'm sure the actual cause will be revealed pending investigation.

Pilot came in too hot, landed hard, wheels collapsed from the shock,
Hopefully the NTSB investigates even though the canucks will try to hide stuff….

Hold short of runway positions give a great view from the cockpit. Short odds the guy would be filming.
